Once you become a member, you will receive a key fob. We require that all members scan your key fob at the front desk upon arrival whether using the Fitness Center or indoor track.
Annual memberships can be purchased at 4500 Fitness & Recreation Center Monday through Friday from 5AM to 9PM and Saturday to Sunday from 7AM to 6PM. Please be prepared with your proof of residency if you are claiming to live in Downers Grove. If you have questions regarding memberships prior to visiting us, please call us at 630.960.2340 Monday to Friday from 11AM to 7PM.
Individual members must be a minimum of 14 years of age.
Purchase daily fitness passes at the registration desk at the Downers Grove Recreation Center.
If you hold a membership on the monthly billing plan, your membership will automatically renew unless you cancel it. To renew your annual paid-in-full membership login to your online account at dgparks.org. After logging in, click on Membership Renewals under the Search tab. If you need help accessing your account, please contact our registration staff at 630.960.7500 Monday through Friday from 9AM to 4PM or send an email to Regi_Staff@dgparks.org.
If you choose the convenient payment plan option, the first month payment will be prorated from the date of sign-up to the date of the first monthly billing and will be due at the time of purchase. Monthly billing occurs on the 15th of each month.
Yes! 4500 Fitness offers discounted membership rates to seniors ages 62 and up, students ages 12 to 23, and military servicemembers. Non-residents who work in Downers Grove receive resident rates. In addition, we are a proud partner of the Tivity Health SilverSneakers® and Prime Fitness programs and Renew Active fitness program as well as the Home Front Health program for qualifying veterans. The Downers Grove Recreation Center has installed new fiber to provide visitors with improved WiFi throughout the facility.
To connect, click the new WiFi named "DGRC Guest" in your network connection menu. You'll be taken to the Guest Welcome Page and asked to agree to the guidelines to continue to the internet.
